Police and Protesters Clash in Anti-austerity Clashes in Spain

Protesters in Spain fought with police Tuesday as the government was about to launch a fresh set of austerity measures. According to Reuters, thousands of protesters formed a human chain around the parliament in Madrid. Police beat protesters with clubs and fired rubber bullets into crowds. At least 22 people were arrested and 32 injured.
